🖍️ ADHD: Updates intro paragragh (definition) (#418)

Updated the intro paragragh based on the ICD-11 (the international equivalent of the US's DSM) for the following reasons: 
  * The previous text referred only to ADHD in children
  * The previous text used the word 'disinterested' when I suspect the intended meaning was 'uninterested' but the sentence strucutre also needed a little tweaking
  * The previous text defined attention based on what was interesting or not but that's not quite accurate 
  * The previous text only summarised focus (attention) but didn't summarise the other components of ADHD which are impulsivity and hyperactivity.

Added reading link to the ICD (for international readers where the DSM is not used)

## Overview
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (initialised to ADHD) is a neurodivergence that expresses itself as a lack of impulse control at two extremes. It is commonly identified in children by their inability to remain focused on tasks that disinterests them. At the other end of the expressions, a person with ADHD has the ability to "hyperfocus" on a task that highly interests them.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (initialised to ADHD) is a neurodivergence which presents as a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that has a direct negative impact on academic, occupational, or social functioning. Inattention refers to significant difficulty in sustaining attention to tasks that do not provide a high level of stimulation or frequent rewards, distractability and problems with organisation. Hyperactivity refers to excessive motor activity and difficulties with remaining still, most evident in structured situations that require behavioural self-control. Impulsivity is a tendency to act in response to immediate stimuli, without deliberation or consideration of the risks and consequences.
